If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

🤍 Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Have all original tags and packaging

  • Be in the same condition you received them

Please include your order number when returning your item.

Because the safety and hygiene of babies is so important, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they are faulty:

  • Pacifiers / dummies

  • Teethers

  • Personal care items

  • Any sealed hygiene products once opened

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

🤍 Faulty or Incorrect Items

We carefully check every order, but if something arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us with:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos of the item

We will happily arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return shipping if needed.

🤍 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

We only offer exchanges for faulty or damaged items.
If you need help with an exchange, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
